At Lumenrare, each artwork, engraving, and map is a unique historical item, carefully described and photographed to represent its condition and provenance as accurately as possible. Because of the irreplaceable and antique nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

However, we understand that purchasing rare works online requires trust and confidence. If your order arrives damaged in transit or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lumenrare.com with photos and details. We will review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a solution — which may include a repair, replacement (if available), or refund.

Please note:

• Slight variations in colour, paper tone, or frame finish are part of the character of antique works and do not qualify as defects.

• Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

• Any approved return must be sent back using tracked, insured delivery in the original or equivalent protective packaging.
